The Hollow After Max X Mach One F-4 Phantom

Miss B Haven, while the name might suggest she is the naughtiest of little girls she is actually very sweet and easy going just like her dam, Mach One F-4 Phantom. From day one this little bucket of fuzz was a doll, or perhaps a stuffed animal might be a more appropriate adjective. There is no hiding the fact that Miss B has a rough coat, and why wouldn’t she with grandsire Sow’s Ear Julien and grand-dam The Hollow Marcelina, there is no escaping it. But, grooming tools aside she is a beautiful little package and one we expect great things from.
As the third generation here at Mach One we were very anxious to see Miss B and her littermates. After years of planning and careful breeding it is nerve racking to wait out pups to see if they will justify our past decisions. We were very pleased to see Miss B and her litter mate War Admiral vindicate our fears and worries as they both took first place honors their very first time in the ring. Like old pros they made their performances look effortless and followed in their sire’s footsteps with a win at the first trial where he won his puppy class just one year earlier.
While Miss B is still growing we expect her to stay under, and if she does you better watch out for her on the race track as she has proven herself already. At the age of 10 weeks she and her litter mates ran in an exhibition in Dutchess County, NY and she made short work of all the others on the track. She continued to prove her prowess in lure coursing placing just hundredths of a second behind the 6th place puppy in the 6-12 month class while she herself was only 5 months. Can you say DRIVEN?
Miss B comes from a long line of incredible working terriers, her grand-dam Orion Fly Girl earned her NHC her first time out as well as her aunt Mach One B-2 Spirit and her dam followed that same path by locating and drawing a very large mother possum her first time out. So, there can be little doubt this little girl is headed in the same direction, I see her as lethal as her predecessors so be sure to watch for her field accomplishments.
A very bright and beautiful terrier, one minute she looks like her sire, The Hollow After Max and the next her dam, Mach One F-4 Phantom. If you put her in the middle of the two you could easily confuse the three of them, if only there was a class for most consistent family that uses both sire and dam together, we would have it wrapped up. Her personality is truly a mix of the two, sweet and easy going like her father and mother and driven and stubborn as well.
Miss B lives in Alexandria, Louisiana with Janet Rodgers and her Southland Terriers. She returned to her sire’s home and the two of them are inseparable; chasing bugs, planes and ogling the cows. Miss B is very loved by her family and Mike calls her “face-licker” which we are ashamed to say she answers to. Watching the TV show Cops and trying to figure out the computer are some of her favorite past times, she’s hi-tech terrier. Check back here for updates on Miss B and her accomplishments.
